Your impact The Jacobs Tempe office is seeking a part-time, senior-level biologist who is currently permitted to conduct species-specific protocol surveys for the southwestern willow flycatcher and yellow-billed cuckoo. To perform the tasks required in this position, the candidate will have applied experience in the following key areas: Experience conducting and supervising field surveys for various wildlife and plant species Experienced and permitted by the US Fish and Wildlife Service and Arizona Game and Fish Department to conduct southwestern willow flycatcher and yellow-billed cuckoo surveys Knowledgeable of Endangered Species Act section 7 regulations Here's what you'll need Ability to start immediately Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology or related field 10+ years of experience in field studies and/or environmental analysis Organizational and time management skills to effectively complete assigned workload within defined timelines and in accordance with established standards and protocols Valid driver's license and safe driving record

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $111,000.00 to $177,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
