Job Description
We are a busy 2 doctor small animal practice looking for a Kennel Assistant to join our team and to provide quality care for our animals. The Kennel Assistant will be responsible for providing daily care for the animals, including feeding, cleaning, and exercising along with maintenance of the kennel. Experience in the field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. The candidate must have a passion for animals and their well being and should have excellent customer service skills. This position involves moderate physical labor but is very rewarding to work with the animals. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced environment. Work schedule consists of 4 weekdays (with one consistent weekday off) and every other weekend (Saturday until noon then Saturday night and Sunday morning and evening).
