Let the competitions begin at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner and Show! We are seeking friendly, high-energy, and fast-paced individuals to join our team in the barn. If you love animals and want to be part of the "most fun place to eat in the Smokies," this is your chance!
Positions:
Full-Time and Part-Time Available Location:
Pigeon Forge, TN Perks:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Animal Care:
Provide excellent care for our barn animals, including feeding, watering, and maintaining clean, safe spaces.
Animal Health:
Monitor the physical fitness and health of barn animals, reporting any concerns promptly to management.
Daily Inspection:
Perform daily, detailed inspections of animals for soundness and appearance.
Show Prep:
Work confidently around animals of all sizes and assist in preparing them for showtime.
Communication:
Communicate with performers and management regarding animal needs.
Cross-Training:
The stable hand position may require cross-training in other areas of the production department.
Qualification Requirements Age:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Education:
High school diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Previous experience working with animals is preferred, but we will train the right, motivated person.
Physical Demands Activity:
Continuous standingwalking on level ground as well as up and down steps/ladders.
Movement:
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
Strength:
Frequent lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing of barn equipment/tools.
Equipment:
Occasional operation of a tractor.
