Valid Secondary Michigan Teaching Certificate (Grades 6-12) with a Biology (DA) and (DC) Endorsement or (DX) Science major is required Must meet Michigan Highly Qualified Teacher qualifications in subject area; MTTC test is preferred Willingness and ability to work cooperatively. Experience in secondary education is preferred Credential file documentation of successful attainment, excellent student teacher and/or teaching experiences Candidates interested in sponsoring extra-curricular activities preferred, such as clubs, forensics, etc. Computer/Technology knowledge such as Microsoft Office, Internet, E-Mail, Creation of web pages, etc. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable Salary Appropriate placement based on experience on the current Teacher's Master Agreement.
