Valid Secondary Michigan Teaching Certificate (Grades 6-12) with a Social Studies (RX) endorsement Social Studies (RX) Major Must meet Michigan Highly Qualified Teacher qualifications in subject area; MTTC test is preferred Willingness and ability to work cooperatively. Experience in alternative education is preferred Credential file documentation of successful attainment, excellent student teacher and/or teaching experiences Knowledge and interest in Process Writing teaching methods necessary Computer/Technology knowledge such as Microsoft Office, Internet, E-Mail, Google, Creation of web pages, etc. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable Salary Appropriate placement based on experience on the current Teacher's Master Agreement.
