SCIF Monitor (Specialist)

QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a for a temporary SCIF Monitor (Specialist), to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, in support of our C5ISR Center HQ Operations Support contract.

Duties:

Escort cleared personnel, visitors, and contractors to designated secure areas, maintaining line-of-sight and ensuring they do not leave the designated area without authorization. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.

Required Clearance:

ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED

Top Secret w/SCI eligibility

Qualifications:

High School diploma with three (3) years of Federal Government-related or military experience required.

Travel:

There is no travel associated with this position.

Work Environment:

This position will be performed in government offices. Work environment will also include a space undergoing an active remodeling effort.

Physical Demands:

Physical demands of this position include ability to: Be independently mobile. Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as glasses/goggles (eyes), ear plugs/muffs (hearing), hard hats. Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use. Reasonable accommodation will be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a temporary position, estimated not to exceed 2 months. The work schedule is Monday through Friday.
