Role Overview:
 The Seasonal Administrative Assistant provides short‑term administrative support to the program area, helping ensure smooth operations during peak periods. This role supports a wide range of tasks including graphics assistance, document creation, SharePoint management, and occasional case-related work. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable learning new tasks as needs arise.
Location:
This position is with INDOT's Greenfield District. 
Pay Rate:
This position pays an hourly rate of $18.00. A Day in the
Life:
The essential functions of this role are as follows: Assist with the creation and editing of basic graphics for internal communications, presentations, and program materials. Prepare, format, and proofread documents, spreadsheets, and reports. Support the organization and maintenance of SharePoint sites, including uploading files, managing permissions, and ensuring accurate document versioning. Provide general administrative support such as data entry, scheduling, email communication, and filing. Assist with light case work under staff guidance, which may include documentation, data updates, and tracking follow-up items. Respond to routine inquiries and assist with coordinating information across teams. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to meet program needs. This seasonal position does not offer benefits and is limited to 180 working days in an eleven (11) month continuous period.
