This position is SEASONAL, and will last until September 2026.The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious cocktails, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Manage inventory levels by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks and handling food items. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Previous bartender experience is a must; a willingness to learn is essential. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory effectively. Familiarity with restaurant or retail math concepts is a plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of various cocktail recipes and bartending techniques is advantageous. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws and regulations.
