Seasonal Driver (Summer) - Chippewa Ranch Camp | Flexible Schedule

Join us this summer as a Seasonal Driver in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Chippewa Ranch Camp is hiring responsible and safety-focused Drivers to support transportation needs during the summer season. You will be responsible for safely transporting staff, campers, and supplies to various destinations, ensuring timely and secure deliveries. Drivers transport campers and staff locally using camp mini-vans, cars and 15-passenger vans. This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers—including school bus or transportation staff—seeking flexible summer work. Responsibilities Safely operate camp vehicles to transport staff and/or campers between designated locations. Safely operate camp vehicles to various locations in local cities for supply pick-ups. Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure secure travel at all times. Assist with loading and unloading luggage and supplies, ensuring proper handling and storage. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance needs. Communicate effectively with team members regarding schedules, routes, and any issues encountered during transit. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met. Provide friendly, professional service to all passengers and staff during transportation. Requirements Age 21 + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Prior experience driving passenger vehicles or shuttle buses preferred. Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations in the North Woods. Excellent time management skills to adhere to tight schedules. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions during the summer months. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Physical ability to assist with loading luggage and supplies or helping passengers as needed. Spend your summer making an impact!
