Seasonal Event Delivery Driver (Box Truck)

Encore Events Rentals is looking for Event Delivery Drivers who will be an integral part of the success of the 2026 event season. Drivers represent the company while working with clients on site. They provide a high level of customer service to clients and third-party vendors and are responsible for safe loading, as well as on time delivery of our product. What you'll do Load and unload rental equipment including chairs, tables, and tabletop items onto company vehicles for delivery Safely operate a box truck ranging from 16 ft. to 26 ft. in length Deliver and pick up rental equipment to and from client locations in a timely and professional manner Perform pre and post trip inspections on company vehicles Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws Keep accurate record of all items on deliveries and pickups Communicate effectively with clients and team members To stand out you'll need to Be at least 21 years of age Be proficient in spoken and written English Be available to work all weekends, holidays, and overtime through October 31st Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Have 1 year of experience driving class C box trucks, preferred but not required Be able to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb Be able to constantly lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 75 pounds Consent to a pre-employment screening, including physical, background check, and DMV pull Be able to pass E-Verify Company Benefits Competitive pay of $24.00 per hour Monthly Employee Appreciation Meals Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Up to $200.00 on safety-related purchases, such as boots and gloves Up to $350.00 on wellness-related purchases, such as gym memberships and fitness equipment Receive a referral bonus of $750.00 and up for referring new employees About us Encore Events Rentals is a local, family-owned event rental company with locations in Sonoma and Napa Counties, specializing in event rentals of tables, chairs, tents, dinnerware and furniture throughout Wine Country and greater Bay Area.
