Seasonal Full-Time Server

Job Description The iconic LeDoux Saloon & Steak Out is seeking energetic, friendly, and dependable full-time seasonal servers to join our team for the busy summer season. Located in beautiful Big Horn, Wyoming, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality, great food, cold drinks, and memorable experiences for locals, tourists, rodeo fans, and travelers alike. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to guests Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Handle cash and credit card transactions Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff Help create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere Qualifications Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays/items as needed Must be dependable and team-oriented Must meet Wyoming alcohol service requirements Compensation & Benefits Pay $5.50/hour plus participation in a shared tip pool - Our servers are always VERY happy with their summer tips Full-time seasonal hours Fun and unique Western-themed work environment Opportunities for additional hours during events and peak weekends Beautiful Wyoming setting with live entertainment and seasonal events Season End Date This is a seasonal full-time position ending September 30th, with possible future opportunities for returning staff.
