Seasonal Gardener / Garden Assistant

We are looking for a creative, dependable, and enthusiastic gardener to help maintain and enhance a beautiful, well-established residential yard and garden. This is a hands-on outdoor position that is perfect for a gardening, horticulture, or landscape design student looking to gain experience in a fun and flexible environment.

Varies based on season and projects, with potential for up to 40 hours/month

Season:

May through October, with some winter seasonal pot installation opportunities What You'll Do Plant and maintain seasonal annuals and flowers Weed and maintain garden beds Trim and prune shrubs and plants Maintain and refresh flower pots and container gardens throughout the seasons Help with light landscape design ideas and garden aesthetics Install seasonal and winter pots/displays General garden upkeep to keep the yard healthy and beautiful What Makes This Job Different No lawn mowing required Yard is already very well maintained Sprinkler systems and automatic watering systems are already installed No heavy lifting involved Opportunity to be creative with flowers, pots, and garden design Relaxed, enjoyable outdoor work environment Ideal Candidate Interest in gardening, horticulture, landscaping, or design Enjoys working outdoors Has an eye for color, plants, and aesthetics Dependable and self-motivated Prior gardening experience is helpful but not required Great fit for a student or someone looking for flexible seasonal work If you love flowers, creativity, and being outdoors, this is a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful garden setting while gaining hands-on experience.
