Ability to operate all equipment efficiently to perform all maintenance and grounds duties throughout Nor-Lea Hospital District Locations. Ability to perform minor construction and repair projects. Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment for all Nor-Lea Hospital District locations. Conducts routine safety inspections and documents per state and federal safety regulations.
