Varies based on seasonal needs; must be available for flexible hours, including early mornings and extended outdoor shifts Position Summary The Seasonal Part-Time Lawn Care Laborer is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of company property. This role involves operating lawn care equipment, performing detailed grounds maintenance, and assisting with general property upkeep. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work safely in environments requiring precision, particularly around sensitive areas such as fuel tanks. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial lawn mowers, weed eaters, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care services Maintain a high level of detail and precision when working around gasoline tanks and other sensitive infrastructure Assist with property upkeep, including debris removal, landscaping improvements, and site cleanliness Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as fence repair Identify and report safety hazards, equipment issues, or property concerns Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and working on-site Support additional maintenance or labor tasks assigned Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required Experience of operating industrial lawn mowers and weed eaters required Strong attention to detail, especially when working in high-risk or precision areas Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods of time Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for several hours at a time Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment for prolonged periods Work Environment Primarily outdoor work in various weather conditions (heat, wind, etc.) Exposure to noise, dust, and typical landscaping conditions Work carried out around operational facilities, including gasoline tanks and equipment areas Additional Requirements Must demonstrate safe work habits and awareness of surroundings Must be presentable and maintain professional behavior while on-site Ability to always follow company policies and procedures

Pay:

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
