Seasonal Lifeguard

Overview We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Lifeguards to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and well-being of all guests in our designated swim area of our public lake. This role requires strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to respond effectively in emergencies. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services while promoting a fun and safe atmosphere. Duties Monitor activities to ensure safety. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary; respond promptly to emergencies. Assist guests with inquiries, providing exceptional guest services. Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and any other relevant information. Requirements Must possess current Lifeguard certification, CPR, and First Aid certifications. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if needed. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Must be attentive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
