Seasonal Lifeguard

Seasonal Lifeguard Radnor Valley Country Club is seeking Lifeguards for our 2026 summer season. Job Summary RVCC Lifeguards primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of our members and guests. If you are an outgoing, creative individual, and a self-motivated people person, this position is the right fit for you. Job Tasks

• Monitoring and correcting any dangerous behavior on pool deck and in the water
• Opening /Closing Tasks as directed by Pool Manager
• Reporting all incidents and injuries to the Management team immediately
• Recognizing and responding immediately to all emergency situations as needed
• Providing Standard First Aid if needed
• Providing emergency care in and out of the water until EMS arrives
• Keeping deck clean/ deck brushing/ pool vacuuming if needed
• Enforcing pool policies and procedures
• Assist in set up/ breakdown of club pool events
• Teaching members and children in a positive manner safety practices and ability to create awareness of pool rules Experience/Certifications
• Previous lifeguarding experience preferred but not required.
• Current Lifeguard Certification, which includes Lifeguard training, Standard first Aid, Adult, Infant and Child CPR and multiple rescuer CPR/AED training preferred. Requirements
• Ability to act quickly, calmly, and professionally in emergencies
• Ability to teach members and children in a positive manner safety practices and create awareness of pool rules
• Willingness to enforce the pool rules in a kind manner
• Dependable individual who can work independently or in a group/team environment
• Integrity, self-motivated
• Effective communication skills
• Flexible schedule with availability including holidays and weekends

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
