Assistant Coach - Womens Rowing

This position assists the Head Coach in all aspects of the management and administration of the women's rowing program, with specific emphasis on skill instruction and development at practices and individual training sessions. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Extensive knowledge of rowing. Understanding of the University's mission and its philosophy regarding student-athletes. 2+ years of experience working in a college women's rowing program, preferably at Division I level, in a coaching or manager role. Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to pay close attention to details, interact effectively and appropriately with student-athletes, and evaluate prospects. Proficiency with personal computer applications.
