Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Outdoor Groundskeeper/Maintenance specialist and play a vital role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves performing landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping tasks to ensure pristine and inviting environments. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, utilizing your skills in horticulture, lawn care, and landscape upkeep to create visually appealing and well-maintained grounds. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep grounds attractive and healthy Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules Use hand tools for gardening tasks like planting, weeding, mulching, and soil preparation Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Assist with seasonal clean-up activities such as leaf removal, debris clearing, and snow removal when applicable Support general groundskeeping duties including fencing repairs, pathway upkeep, and landscaping enhancements Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Familiarity with irrigation systems and lawn care practices is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Attention to detail and a proactive approach to groundskeeping responsibilities Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward maintaining outdoor environments Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality grounds maintenance This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to work outdoors while honing their skills in landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping.
