Seasonal Pool Maintenance Crew Member

TrueBlue Hunterdon Pool Care is hiring dependable seasonal team members to assist with residential pool maintenance, cleanings, openings, and general field work throughout the season. This is a hands-on outdoor position ideal for someone who is reliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Assist with pool openings and seasonal cleanings Perform weekly and biweekly pool maintenance Brush, skim, and vacuum pools Test and balance pool chemicals Carry equipment and supplies to and from job sites Help identify basic equipment or water issues Maintain professionalism at customer properties Follow company procedures and service checklists Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in summer conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong communication and punctuality Comfortable working around water and pool equipment Willingness to learn and follow systems/processes Weekend availability preferred Preferred Qualifications Pool service or related outdoor labor experience Experience using basic hand tools Mechanical or troubleshooting ability Valid driver's license Position Details Seasonal / Part-Time Flexible scheduling available Opportunity for additional hours as business grows Training provided Competitive hourly or per-route pay depending on experience We are looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic and positive attitude who want to grow with a local company.
