Position Overview We are seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Assistant to support daily operations, enhance the guest experience, and work closely with the Course Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and contributing to a team environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist members/guests in a friendly and professional manner Support check-in and basic administrative tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities and grounds Assist with setup and breakdown of events or activities Monitor safety practices and follow all company procedures Be willing to learn and be teachable in all aspects of the business Perform general support tasks as needed Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, loyal, trustworthy, and able to work independently or on a team Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift/move equipment as needed up to +50lbs Prior experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service is preferred Prior experience with POS systems is preferred along with Microsoft Office applications Comfortability and knowledge with firearms (must be in good legal standing) General knowledge of Social Media outlets and experience with posting Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License Schedule & Compensation Flexible part-time hours = 30 hours per week (including weekends and holidays) Seasonal position (May 2026 through October 2026) Hourly pay: $15.00/hour
