If you answered yes to the questions above, then you should know that Congressional Country Club is seeking a Seasonal Stock Room Attendant. This role supports our Purchasing Department during our busy season by helping ensure our food & beverage operations are organized, stocked, and ready to deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests. As the host of multiple national championships and premier events, Congressional Country Club is proud to set the standard for excellence in hospitality, service, and teamwork. What will be expected of you: Receive, unload, and process deliveries while accurately accounting for incoming inventory Organize and maintain the stock room to ensure products are easily accessible and storage areas remain clean and orderly Assist with inventory controls and maintain quality standards for audits and daily operations Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies in inventory Follow all health and safety standards within the stock room and club property Support multiple departments by helping fulfill operational and event-related needs Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment Support administrative purchasing functions, including purchase orders, requisitions, and invoice processing Provide flexibility and support during high-volume events and peak operational periods How we determine your qualifications: Previous food service, warehouse, purchasing, or inventory experience preferred Private club, hospitality, or restaurant experience is a plus Experience with BirchStreet or other procurement/inventory software is a plus Strong organization skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while supporting a team-focused environment Ability to lift and move stock items as needed
