We're looking for someone outgoing, polished, and naturally sales-minded who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with guests while confidently driving wine sales and wine club memberships.

What You'll Do:

Welcome guests and create warm, memorable experiences Lead engaging and fun wine tastings Build excitement around our wines, events, and wine club Help grow wine sales and club memberships Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting room environment Work collaboratively with a positive, team-first attitude

What We're Looking For:

✅ Friendly, charismatic, and sales-driven personality ✅ Strong communication and customer service skills ✅ Hospitality, retail, restaurant, or winery experience preferred ✅ Weekend and holiday availability required ✅ Must be available to work at least 3 weekends per month ✅ Must be 21+ years old to pour wine Why Join Brick Barn?
