Available Shifts:

12 D/E/N Responsible for coordinating and performing radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring direct supervision. Basic computer skills, ability to navigate through Windows (Outlook, a plus)

• Knowledge of radiographic equipment operation and radiation safety
• Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and meet schedules
• Prepares room, equipment, contrast and materials as needed for patients
• Cleans and disinfects radiographic room and equipment
• Able to competently utilize HIS/PACs/RIS software programs. Prints exams on film PRN; Observes patient and equipment during procedure-reports unusual occurrences and records patient condition as needed
• Maintains stock supplies and performs general office duties. Graduate of an accredited radiology technology program
• Licensed by the New York State Department of Health
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Flexibility to work overtime including off-shift duty as needed (evenings and weekends) Certified Radiology Technologist, Radiology Minimum 2 years' experience as an x-ray technologist, preferably in a Level 1 trauma center; Covid/Flu Vaccination; Travel Experience Facility Location A unique urban oasis, this New York metropolis is famous for its people, food and fun.
