Job Summary:

Perform an array of functions that may include order picking, packing, general housekeeping, and the loading and unloading of construction materials onto trucks both with and without the use of powered lift equipment. This job is physically demanding, primarily outdoors, and is susceptible to various weather conditions. Must be able to spend majority of the day pulling and loading items from outdoor bin locations, not just items inside the warehouse. Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Occasional overtime or changes in hours scheduled will be dictated by daily workload. This position requires lifting of at least 50 pounds and working at heights of up to 28 feet while using Powered Equipment. Must be able to read and speak English. High school diploma or equivalent certification preferred. This work environment is focused on quality and relies heavily on teamwork to accomplish daily tasks.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Accurately Pick & Pack material for deliveries Load material onto flatbed trucks Assist with servicing Will Call customers Sort and place materials in racks and bins according to organizational standards Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat, including sweeping and emptying trash bins Wear proper safety equipment and follow all safety rules at all times This job does require employees to be able to work outdoors in the elements when pulling material for orders and loading trucks

Qualification Requirements:

Dependable and Reliable Punctual Regularly required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 Lbs.
