Job Summary The Field Supervisor will support the management and oversight of Security Officers throughout the North Alabama region, ensuring proper staffing, operational efficiency, policy compliance, and high-quality service delivery across assigned accounts.

Available Schedules:

Sunday•Wednesday or Wednesday•Saturday night shift

Pay Rate:

$18.00•$20.00 Per Hour Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel in the field. Conduct regular inspections and patrols to ensure compliance with security protocols. Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance standards. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing guidance and support as needed. Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, personnel performance, and operational issues. Collaborate with management and clients to address security concerns and improve procedures. Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions. Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant data. Qualifications Proven experience as a Security Field Supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of security operations, protocols, and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with security equipment and technology. Valid security certification or license as required by local regulations. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 21 years of age Minimum of three months experience in security, military, or law enforcement. Ability to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and drug screening. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and means of communication. Preferred But Not Required OC Certified Taser Certified Armed Security Officer (ASRB) #
