Security Guard

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our condominium community during overnight hours. This role involves monitoring the premises, upholding property regulations, and delivering outstanding customer service to residents and guests.

Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:00

PM Days:

Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (

Off:

Tuesday and Wednesday)

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol and oversee the property to protect residents, staff, and visitors. Manage access at entry points by checking credentials and recording visitor information. Respond swiftly to emergencies, alarms, or incidents, documenting details thoroughly. Perform routine checks of doors, windows, and shared spaces to uphold security standards. Address resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. Enforce community rules to promote a safe and orderly atmosphere. Coordinate with emergency services or local law enforcement as needed. Keep accurate daily logs and incident reports for management.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role is preferred. Keen observational abilities and effective problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities. Capacity to stay composed and respond efficiently during emergencies. Availability to work overnight shifts and weekends as outlined. Familiarity with security systems and basic computer proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay: $19 per hour Benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, available after 90 days.
