Security Officer - Breakers Row I

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Security Officer to assist residents, enforce safety regulations, and maintain a secure environment at One N. Breakers Row. The ideal candidate will have a customer-oriented approach and the ability to stay composed while making sound decisions under stressful conditions.

Responsibilities:

Patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of residents and visitors Monitor and control access to the property through the use of 2-way radios, gate control, and other tools as necessary Enforce traffic and safety regulations to prevent accidents and maintain order on the property Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations and alarms Receive and process packages in accordance with established procedures Provide access to apartments and record actions in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm and composed in stressful situations Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
