Security Officer

We are looking for a dependable and professional Security Officer to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and orderly environment for our staff, visitors, and property. As a visible and approachable presence on-site, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests feel secure while also protecting our facilities from unauthorized access, disturbances, or emergencies. The ideal candidate is alert, courteous, and confident when enforcing rules or responding to incidents. Key Responsibilities:

Patrol Assigned Areas:

Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of the property, including entrances, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones, to maintain a visible security presence and deter unauthorized activity.

Incident Response:

Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies or reports of suspicious behavior; assess the situation, take appropriate action, and contact emergency services when needed.

Rule Enforcement:

Uphold site rules and policies, addressing violations such as trespassing, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior in a respectful and firm manner.

Report Writing:

Maintain accurate, detailed written reports of daily activities, incidents, safety observations, and any actions taken during your shift.

Conflict De-escalation:

Intervene in conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner to restore order and ensure the safety of all individuals involved.

Emergency Preparedness:

Be familiar with and follow emergency protocols, including fire, medical, evacuation, and severe weather procedures.

Customer Service:

Serve as a point of contact for visitors or staff needing assistance, directions, or information, contributing to a welcoming and respectful environment.

Collaboration:

Work closely with management, law enforcement, and emergency responders when required to ensure coordinated and efficient incident handling.

Requirements:
