PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures for access control, identification checks, and authorized entry at the location. Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and/or loading areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with supervisors, facility contacts, and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with attention to access points and other security-related concerns. Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and/or incident documentation related to access activity, deliveries, and contractor arrivals and departures.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
