AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and/or visitor management activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for people and/or vehicles, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and emergency response procedures appropriate to the location. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and/or identify maintenance, operational, and/or security-related issues. Maintain required logs, records, and/or reports related to visitors, deliveries, keys, badges, and incident activity, and communicate relevant updates to site personnel and Allied Universal team members.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
