Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Summit Point, WV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer at a dynamic venue where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform vehicle and/or foot patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This is an armed and driving post offering the chance to provide outstanding customer service and communication while supporting daily operations with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns. Monitor access points and restricted areas, document daily activities and incident details, and support assigned armed post duties in accordance with site policies and applicable regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 1 or more years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Possess an armed guard card and/or license. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
