PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response support within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns. Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or high-traffic spaces, verify authorized access, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or unusual activity. Support Allied Universal protocols by communicating with site contacts, following armed post procedures, and completing assigned reports related to daily operations and/or incident response.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. Possess an armed guard card and/or license. Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
