Security Officer

Duties Monitor premises continuously using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance patrols to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Control parking areas that are time restricted. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations while following established protocols to assist injured persons until professional help arrives Enforce loss prevention strategies by identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing proactive measures Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by applying conflict management skills and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Experience Previous experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV operation and monitoring techniques Training in conflict management, crisis response, first aid, CPR, or law enforcement procedures is preferred. Strong understanding of security protocols and loss prevention methods Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and the public Certifications in first aid, CPR, or security-related training are a plus Must be able to obtain a guard card within 30 days of employment Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive! Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
