Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Unarmed Security Guard to uphold safety and security across our premises. In this role, you will monitor the environment conducting regular patrols to ensure a secure and welcoming atmosphere at a park. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help prevent incidents, respond effectively to emergencies, and provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff alike. Duties Conduct routine patrols of the property, including indoor and outdoor areas, to identify potential security risks or safety hazards. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations following established protocols. Write detailed daily activity reports and incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences. Assist with emergency response procedures including first aid administration, operation, and fire safety measures. Skills Background experience in military or law enforcement is highly advantageous for understanding security protocols. Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting or moving equipment safely. Excellent incident report writing skills with attention to accuracy and clarity. Proficiency in conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies. Familiarity with emergency response procedures including

CPR, AED

use, and fire safety protocols. Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. Knowledge of compliance with security regulations and legal standards governing security practices.
