What You'll Do:

Patrol client properties on foot or by vehicle to ensure safety and prevent incidents Monitor for and report suspicious activity or safety hazards Maintain detailed, accurate logs and incident reports Provide excellent customer service while upholding site policies and client expectations Respond promptly to alarms or disturbances in a calm, professional manner Serve as the face of Signal — modeling respect, reliability, and integrity on every post

What We're Looking For:

18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Strong communication and situational awareness skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of something bigger than a "job" North Carolina PPSB Security License preferred — if you don't have it, we'll help you get it!
