Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or security-related issues according to site procedures. Support daily operations by providing directions, answering questions, and assisting with routine security-related requests while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
