AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following client policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter points. Help to deter unauthorized activity, loitering, and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence and reporting unusual conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Monitor foot traffic and high-activity areas, assist visitors with directions and general questions, and/or support crowd management during busy operating periods.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
