Wednesday - Sunday (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

Pay Rate:

$20.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Guard to work at a logistics site. The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring access control to the site and following instructions from the post supervisor. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the logistics site, including checking on locked/unlocked doors and general observations. Follow instructions from the post supervisor to ensure the safety and security of the site Conduct regular patrols of the site to check for security breaches, hazards, and suspicious activities Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations or alarms Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors Perform other security-related duties as assigned by the post supervisor Be available to work weekends and flexible hours to meet the needs of the site Overtime may be available

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid state security guard license (REQUIRED) Must be available to work weekends (REQUIRED) Proven work experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a logistics or transportation environment Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and co-workers Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
