We are currently seeking a professional and dependable Security Officer to join our team for a combined Front Desk, Rover Patrol, and CCTV Monitoring position.

Position Responsibilities:

Monitor and secure property premises Perform front desk duties with professionalism and excellent customer service Conduct rover patrols using a golf cart Monitor CCTV camera systems and report suspicious activity Assist residents, guests, and staff in a courteous and helpful manner Report incidents and maintain daily activity logs Enforce property rules and safety procedures

Requirements:

Must be 25 years of age due to patrol duties High school diploma or equivalent Valid Security D License required Valid Driver's License required (Minimum 3 years clean driving record for patrol officer position) Previous security experience required CCTV monitoring experience preferred Strong customer service and hospitality background Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to operate a golf cart safely Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must pass a drug screening Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed Bilingual is a plus Experience working in residential communities, hotels, or concierge-style security preferred
