PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and media-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to post instructions. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, office spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions when required, and assist with visitor processing and/or badge checks in accordance with site protocols. Support Allied Universal and site leadership by communicating clearly with staff and/or first responders, completing assigned reports, and following directional procedures during routine operations and unexpected events.

Minimum Requirements:

Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
