PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related matters to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, amenities areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, common areas, and exterior locations for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related concerns, and communicate observed issues through proper channels. Assist with access control, visitor direction, and crowd awareness during busy periods, special events, and/or high-traffic guest activity while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 2+ years of security-related experience is required. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
