Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Luckey, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activity with strong customer service. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter access points. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed by site policies, and report unusual or suspicious activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Support orderly operations by helping to deter unauthorized access, assisting with traffic and visitor flow, and maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
