PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at a financial services location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to post guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact. Support staff and visitors with directions and general assistance while maintaining awareness of site activity and following Allied Universal standards and client-facing expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
