PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while communicating with staff and public responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, note unusual conditions, and report security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, waiting areas, and other assigned locations to help manage access, provide directions, and support an orderly environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports, and share relevant information with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience are required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
