Schedule:

Saturdays and Sundays 5PM-1AM.

Duties will include:

Enforce all property rules and policies Deliver notices and information to residents while on patrol. Report observations in detail. Observe and report all activity in a digital daily activity report. Conduct foot patrols.

Candidates must have:

Reliable transportation to get to and from work. The ability to receive direct deposit. We pay by direct deposit weekly. The ability to walk around the property and perform tours. The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Strong communication skills. Customer service oriented.
