PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report access concerns, maintenance issues, and suspicious behavior according to site protocols. Support site operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of restricted or sensitive areas, and communicating clearly during routine activities and/or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
