PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a high-profile aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper site protocols and documenting observations as required. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization in designated areas, and report discrepancies, suspicious behavior, and policy violations to site leadership. Support access control, alarm response, and after-hours checks while working in changing environments and conditions based on operational needs at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
