Security Shift Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic hands-on Security Shift Supervisor to lead a security team during assigned shifts. In this key role, you will oversee the safety and security operations for assigned site. Supervising staff, coordinating emergency responses, and maintaining high standards of surveillance. Responsibilities Supervise security staff during assigned shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance Monitor surveillance systems Conduct regular patrols Manage access control procedures Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary Partner with client's on-site management Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and surveillance records for accountability and review purposes Performs other duties as assigned Education and Experience Must have HSD (or GED). Must have 2 to 5 years' experience as a security guard, law enforcement agent, or military personnel Must have prior supervisory experience Qualifications Must have an unarmed DPS guard license Must be professional and friendly Knowledge of surveillance technology Certification in first aid and CPR to handle medical emergencies confidently preferred Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity Must be self-motivated and willing to work with others Must be at least 21 years of age Join us as a Security Shift Supervisor and become a part of creating a safe, secure environment for our clients.
