Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Security Supervisor in the Fort Payne, AL area. This position offers a pay rate of $22.00/hr - with weekly pay. Requirements Must be capable to stand, sit, bend, reach, and/or walk consistently. Strong report writing, coaching, mentoring, and leading by example skills. 2+ years in security, law enforcement, and/or military experience. 1+ years in a supervisory role. 1+ years of experience in a customer service role. AL security license is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills and critical thinking skills. CPR certification is preferred. Basic computer skills. A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
