Security Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate security staff to ensure effective coverage across all designated areas Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV to detect suspicious activity and prevent loss or damage Respond promptly to security incidents, conducting investigations and documenting reports thoroughly Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, and contractors Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate tense situations professionally and safely Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential vulnerabilities or safety hazards Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or emergencies Maintain detailed records of security activities, incident reports, and shift logs Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate response to medical emergencies Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with demonstrated leadership capabilities Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques Certifications in first aid, CPR, and conflict management are highly desirable Strong understanding of security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response planning Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations effectively Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed Prior experience with law enforcement or military background is a plus but not mandatory Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
